Parcels of Pinot Gris are harvested as grapes achieve full physiological ripeness. Vineyards with heavier soils add weight to the wine, lighter soils contribute bright varietal aromatics. Most components are vinified in fermenters at various temperatures through a selection of yeasts to enhance character and build interest. The balance is vinified in a selection of seasoned French oak barrels while being treated to a course of lees stirring which builds body and complexity in the finished wine. Alcohol 14.0%
