Agwa de Bolivia Coca Leaf Liqueur 700ml
Silver Medal Winner International Review of Spirits Award. A unique story, Agwa is the only liquor to contain South American Coca Leaf. Ice cold, in shooters, the unique flavour of Agwa makes amazing cocktails. A simple shot with a simple ritual, simply queeze a wedge of fresh lime into your mouth and then have a shot of Agwa. It works in the same way as the South American practice of chewing Coca leaves, the lime changes the pH of the mouth which activates the alkaloids in the leaf to produce a powerful oxygen buzz

Bales of Bolivian Coca leaf are shipped under armed guard to Amsterdam where they are distilled. The Coca is then blended with other herbs like Guarana and Ginseng to balance the taste and augment the effect. Dry roasted seeds of Guarana, traditionally used by Brazilians to improve sexual stamina, are an ingredient. Coca Leaf is a traditional medicine, used for thousands of years by habitants of the Andes. Coca leaf alkaloids work by speeding up the rate of absorption of oxygen into the body's capillary system. It is a natural rush, and naturally controversial. The result is similar to a prolonged caffeine or tobacco buzz, but more than that, it improves stamina and is a sacred symbol central to community life. Alcohol 30%

Translucent emerald green colour. Men's cologne-like aromas of herbs and sweet fruits in the nose. A thick, supple entry leads to sweet medium-to full-bodied palate with candied lime and green tea elements meshed with ginger and light herbal notes. Finishes with a sweet, citrus fruit glide and a noticeable, caffeine-like head rush a moment later. Agwa is extremely flexible BUT to maximise the super-oxygenation effect, the recommended accompaniement is almost anything with lime, or a lime base. So what's in a Bolivian Kiss? The world's most powerful psycho-activ spirit, "If Redbull gives you wings then Agwa & Redbull is like a jet powered backpack to the edge of the stratosphere!"

Ambra Cream of Limoncello 500ml
Limoncello, the traditional lemon Liqueur of Italy, originated on the terraced cliffs of the breathtaking Amalfi Coast, where large, plump and sweet scented lemons are still being grown from the original stock. Until recently, Limoncello was made exclusively in the home for private consumption, to jealously guarded recipes passed down through generations. Ambra Cream of Limoncello, a creamy lemon sensation, owes much of its appeal to the delicious, refreshing taste, mild alcoholic content and total absence of any artificial additive, preservative or colourant

Ambra is produced at Thebarton on the River Torrens, where the plumpest, finest quality citrus are treated to ancient Limoncello making traditions. Every fortnight, some three hundred kilos of unsprayed Riverland lemons are hand picked just when the zest reaches optimum levels of oil. Only a certain kind of lemon will do, lemons that were still on the tree the day before, with thick skin, it has to be a lemon that's not dry, because only the very fine zest is included. Every lemon is processed by hand, hundreds of kilos of lemons, all worked by by hand. Skins are infused in pure grape alcohol for a time, then mixed with a syrup of spring water and a recipe of secret ingredients

A sweet but superbly refreshing Liqueur, it is highly recommended to serve Cream of Limoncello chilled or on the rocks. Keep Ambra in the freezer and drink small shots, or add a dash to gin and tonic along with an extra twist of lemon, a drink that Ambra like to call Death in Venice. Enjoy Cream of Limoncello with your coffee or dessert

Baumann have taken the recipes and experiences of their forefathers and created a speciality Liqueur, which tantalizes the tongue and adds to the sense of one's well-being. Bauman Teufelskrauter Devils Herb Liqueur preserves the traditions and folklore of the Tyrol's distant past. To this day, private herb gatherers and horticulturalists supply Baumann with rare plants and roots, unique seeds and berries, from the alpine valleys and mountain pastures around Tyrol. These precious ingredients are then painstakingly measured, sorted and prepared according to ancient recipes. Through gentle infusion and maceration, a unique distillation process ensures the goodness and naturopathic qualities of the ingredients are retained

Fierily hot, and the delight incarnate, Bauman Teufelskrauter Devils Herb Liqueur is a one-of-a-kind speciality, bottled with a handsome level of fifty percent alcohol, that's big on flavour and ideal for flambéing! For gourmets? Fill your jigger up to the top, and carefully light the Teufelskrauter. Take care to use something that's fire-resistant, Bauman recommends a traditional Schnapsstamperl short jigger made of thick glass. Continue to burn the spirit, concentrating the flavours, and warming the juice, determining the alcoholic content for yourself. Three minutes of burning reduces the liquor to 45%, five minutes to 42%, ten minutes to 33%. Extinguish the flame and let the glass cool down. Cheers possums!
