New World Distillery began after a chance meeting in 2004 resolved to produce a Malt, an exceptional Australian Whisky, distilled from a mash of the finest Tasmanian barley and pristine spring water. The Talisker Whiskyworks were established 1830 on lands owned by Clan MacLeod, the lease was renegotiated in 1892 for the annual rent of £23.12s and ten gallons of their best Malt. The original wash and spirit stills were replaced by custom built replicas after fire destroyed the Distillery in 1960, they remain essential to preserving the excellence and uniqueness of Skye Island Malt. A superior assemblage of Talisker’s finest and rarest casks, Neist Point is at the extreme west of Island Skye, a Malt of moreish caramel sweetness, toasty vanilla kernel and signature peat smokiness.

Robert Louis Stevenson wrote in one of his poems "The king o' drinks, as I conceive it!" Situated on the banks of Loch Harport, Talisker Distillery was founded by the brothers MacAskill. Talisker later went bankrupt after a proprietor went to jail for swindling on the quality of goods. The Distillery was eventually refurbished after a fire in 1960. Port Ruighe was the once bustling trading port on Skye, the tradition endures as a dram to commemorate the generations of Scottish sailors who laboured to bring stocks of Port wines to the world.

Brilliant gold hues. A powerful peat smoke, hinting at sea water saltiness, citrus sweetness and the liquor of fresh oyster. Talisker is an island Malt, the only Distillery on Isle of Islay, established 1830, it was made famous by Robert Louis Stevenson who waxed poetic, referring to it as the king o' drinks. Fashioned to a medium peaty character, the pristine waters of Cnoc nan Speireag, impart essential, unique complexities. Talisker Storm is finished to a deeply intense, more evocative style, replete with added smokeyness and grander spice, a veritable storm of flavour that will engage and excite the fine Malt enthusiast.

An assemblage of Scottish Malts and Canadian grain, brewed by Chugoku Jozo and patiently aged in bonded oak cask under the cool quietude of an abandoned railway tunnel at Akiota just outside Hiroshima. A medley of corn and barley malt characters after eight years of age, leading with its grainy butterscotch nose, corn bread flavours and caramelled fruits, nutmeg and pepper before a lingering sweet and citrusy, delicately spiced finish.
