The Prà family has been crafting the highest quality wine for generations, releasing better and finer vintages of their legendary Soave each year, from a ten hectare vineyard at Monteforte D'Alpone (Verona) at the heart of Soave Classico DOC. Exclusively Garganega grapes from vines twenty up to thirty years of age, grown to a southern exposure on good volcanic soils, trained to Pergola Veronese positioning, normally vintaged from mid September to October. The grapes are harvested and treated to a soft pressing, vinfied in tank at a temperature between 16°C and 18°C to preserve the inimitable characters of the unique Garganega varietal and to capture all the charming regional qualities within the finished wine.

Crystalline appearance, a straw yellow colour. Intense and persistent bouquets, extremely delicate and comforting, floral elements mingled with fresh sensations of hay and slate, amalgamating into fine minerality. Aromatics of fresh herbs, scent of sage, both dry and fresh. On the palate it confirms its vital refreshing qualities and mineral aspects, a cool soothing vein of fruit is elegantly harmonized by a mellowness and kind notes of dry crunchy fruit. Intense and persistent, it closes with pleasant hints of almond and of aromatic oils. Excellently dry and refreshing, the complexity, fine acid and vital characteristics make this Soave a classical food wine, magically dimensioned to accompany all good faire.
