The exquisite vineyards in Champagne which contribute fruit for Belle Epoque have been handed down from generation to generation by families who have known no other patron than the noble House of Perrier-Jouet. Beneath the chalky hills of Champagne, the hand painted bottles sleep on their sediments, awakened from time to time by ancient traditions of remuage by the Champenoise.
