After a century and a half of savoir-faire, the estate continues to specialize in Crémant de Bourgogne, having acquired international fame for excellence in the style. Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Gamay and Aligoté grapes from fine Burgundian vineyards are vinified to true Méthode Traditionelle. Parcels are treated to a pneumatic press, which crushes the grapes before undergoing alcoholic fermentation in tanks followed by bottling. Perle de Vigne Grand Reserve Brut is naturally fermented and matured twenty four months in its own bottle, achieving maximum aromatic qualities and finesse imparted by time spent on sedimentery yeast lees. Alcohol 12.0%

A fine, petulant wine with an amber/ rose/ golden hue. Flavours of vanilla and almond are followed by characters of toast and bread. The perfectly defined balance between acidity and richness of fruit gives gives way to a long enduring aftertaste, which lingers on a note of honey and gingerbread, the local speciality of the region.

Bright straw yellow colour with tinges of green. Its herbaceous nose and soft citrus notes mingle with the fragrance of fresh, dewey grass and scents of freshly opened nuts. Exhibiting the structure of Mâconnais alongside the vivacity and freshness of Yonne, the mouth is crisp with mouthfilling acidity, beautifully expressed like the character of a pink grapefruit.
