Wild Turkey Rare Breed Bourbon 700ml
Available in cartons of six
Rare Breed is a Barrel Proof Bourbon, meaning it's bottled directly from a variety of barrels at the proof it reaches in those barrels, with no added water to lower the proof or dilute the flavor. This Bourbon is a unique marriage of Wild Turkey six, eight and twelve year old stocks, which give the Whiskey a rich, exceptional flavour that's remarkably smooth. It is assertive with hints of light oranges, mint, and tones of sweet tobacco that will remind you of your grandfather's pipe-bowl. Alcohol 58%

Wild Turkey uses only natural processes and has no added flavors or colors. Wild Turkey's reputation rests on the product's consistency in taste, color and aroma - all standards by which connoisseurs gauge bourbon's quality. At a time when the temptation to shed age-old customs in favor of more time or cost-efficient practices is often a priority, Wild Turkey is one of the few remaining distilleries to bear the mantle of tradition with grace and a noble heritage. Jimmy Russell summarizes, We make Wild Turkey the old-fashioned way. It's a totally natural process which takes substantially more time and money, but we believe it's worth it.

Jimmy Russell keeps his Rare Breed in the freezer so he doesn't have to add ice, which would melt and ultimately dilute the flavor. The finish of the Wild Turkey Rare Breed Bourbon is long, warm and nutty and lingers in the mouth with hints of hot peppers and well-toasted whole wheat bread.
Wisent Polish Vodka 700ml
Available in cartons of six
A deliciously dry herb-flavoured Polish Vodka distilled from rye. Every bottle of the Wisent contains a blade of bison grass from the Bialowieza Forest, which is partly in Poland and partly in Belarus. This unique herb is only found in genuine Żubrowka Vodka and is the reason for its particular taste, aroma and yellowish colour. Its name comes from żubr or zubr, the Slavic word for the Wisent (bison) who are particularly fond of the herb. The aroma is delicate and the flavour is quite unique, offering nuances of vanilla, coconut and almond.

Writers Tears Pot Still Irish Whiskey 700ml
Available in cases of 6
There are three styles of Uisce Beatha common to Ireland, Single Malt, Single Grain and Pure Pot Still. Peat is rarely used in the malting, giving Irish Whiskey a smoother finish. Pure Pot Still is unique to Ireland and traditionally made from a mixture of malted and unmalted barley. Originally widespread in Ireland, a number of historical events led to a drastic reduction in the number of distilleries. Now one of Ireland's highest rated Whiskeys in Jim Murray's Bible, Writers Tears is leading the charge to recreate some of the great Whiskeys of the 19th century.

Pure Pot Still Whiskey dates back to 1802 when the British levied a tax on Irish Malt. Irish spirit accounted for 90% of all the worlds exported Whiskey and was seen as a cash cow by the British. In an effort to avoid the unjust taxes, distillers began to use a higher percentage of unmalted barley. This resulted in a very different style called the Pure Pot Still, it gained popularity as the champagne of Irish Whiskey and became a favourite with Irish writers throughout the 19th and 20th centuries. The Writers Tears Distillery is situated amongst the beautiful pastoral scenery of County Carlow. It was established with the sole objective of rediscovering and recreating some of the great Whiskey recipes of old.
Writers Tears Red Head Irish Single Malt 700ml
A refined Single Irish Malt Whiskey, treated to an extended maturation in a selection of pre loved Spanish Oloroso Sherry Casks. Red Head is conspicuous for its rich, ruby hue. A vibrant nose of orange peel, dried fruits and sherry plum, followed by a layered palate of nutty Oloroso opulence, spiced raisin and creamy oak. Long and wonderfully complex with a flourish of orange on the lingering, mouth filling finish. A traditional favourite of authors suffering from writer’s block, they drank so much of it, some were reputed to have cried tears of Whiskey when the inspiration arrived.
