Each vintage brings submissions, this year provided the team with parcels of outstanding Cabernet Sauvignon harvested from good vineyards in the Barossa. Batches are sorted, crushed and inoculated before being treated to a regimen of modern and traditional vinification techniques in a mix of fermenters, followed by a spell of maturation under finely coopered oaks.

Deep scarlet, ruby hues. The nose exhibits blackcurrant and mint delicately balanced by characters of spiced/ vanilla American oak.
